If you are not sure, you should probably get in touch with them and ask before submitting this form.
If 'No', then there really is not much point in bringing the thread back. If the thread was a plot device for your character, You may want to consider beginning the thread anew, and trying again with new members. The old thread will simply not be considered canon to your character or any other characters involved.
